Refund and Returns Policy
1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellation by Guest:
- Cancellations made 90 days or more before check-in: 100% refund
- Cancellations made 60 days before check-in: 20% refund
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in: No refund
- Cancellation by Management:
- If we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative booking option will be offered.
2. Modification of Booking Dates:
- Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior to check-in.
- Any price difference due to date changes must be paid by the guest.
3. No-Show Policy:
- If a guest fails to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
4. Early Check-Out:
- No refunds will be issued for guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date.
5. Security Deposit:
- A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided no damages or policy violations occur.
6. Force Majeure:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events unless mandated by law.
