Refund and Returns Policy

1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation by Guest:
    • Cancellations made 90 days or more before check-in: 100% refund
    • Cancellations made 60 days before check-in: 20% refund
    • Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in: No refund
  • Cancellation by Management:
    • If we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative booking option will be offered.

2. Modification of Booking Dates:

  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior to check-in.
  • Any price difference due to date changes must be paid by the guest.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If a guest fails to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

4. Early Check-Out:

  • No refunds will be issued for guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date.

5. Security Deposit:

  • A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided no damages or policy violations occur.

6. Force Majeure:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events unless mandated by law.
